Kort beskrivning

Eit av huvudmåla for NRK i langtidsstrategien sin er å vere ein kringkastar og innhaldsprodusent i verdsklasse. NRK meiner at kjerneverksemda må prioriterast høgare for å oppnå dette. NRK har derfor vedteke å setje ut delar av IT-tenestene sine til ein ekstern aktør med ekspertise innen slike tenester. NRK vil gjere dette sekvensielt, fordelt på følgjande kategoriar:
1.Servicedesk- og klienttenester
2.Nettverkstenester
3.Infrastruktur som ei teneste
4.Systemkonsolidering og integrasjon
