Aalto University School of Science, Department of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering focuses on biomedical engineering, biophysics, and brain research. The levels of description range from molecular and cellular measures to noninvasive neuroimaging and behaviour. We seek stand-alone CD and UV-VIS-NIR spectrometers capable of optical characterization covering a wide wavelength range with a special focus on characterization of metal colloids, biomolecular self-assembled nanostructures, and plasmonic materials.
