Short description
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a Framework Agreement for assistance in connection with the operation of the model for calculating emission to air from the road traffic in municipalities, “NERVE”. The model was prepared by the Norwegian Institute for Air Research — NILU, with the company Urbanet Analyse as a sub-provider. The model was commissioned by the Norwegian Environment Agency. The contract shall also include further development of NERVE and the development of a public accessible version of NERVE.
