Open tender contest for consultancy services and project management for facilitating large computer centres in Østfold. Large computer centres are in this context referred to as Hyperscale computer centres with a consumption of more than 50 MW effect.
The contract´s purpose and extent is consultancy services and project management for Sarpsborg and Våler municipalities, as described in the attached procurement documents (several parts).
