The project includes a needs assessment and a proposal for a recommended monitoring projects concerning early detection and alarms regarding alien species, with emphasise on alien vascular plant and insects. The proposed monitoring methodology shall be implemented in fields and it shall also be tested how the various collecting methods and intensities influence the detection of new alien species. The project contains three options. Please not that the budgetary frame for the main assignment in 2018 is 1 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The options:
Option 1: cost benefit analysis 400 000 NOK excluding VAT,
Option 2: testing and developing 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT, and
Option 3: publishing 50 000 NOK excluding VAT.
