Light sheet microscope aka. Selective Plane Illumination Microscope (SPIM) for 3-dimensional imaging. System should allow imaging of both in-vivo and cleared samples. Microscope should allow imaging of samples larger than 10 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm at cellular resolution and smaller samples at sub-cellular resolution.
