The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (ASD) wants to inform tenderers and interested parties about the upcoming announcement of an evaluation assignment/research assignment.
Notification St. 33 (2015-2016) NAV in a new era — for work and activity was presented in Spring 2016, and parliamentary approval in Autumn 2016 lay the framework for the development of the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration in the future. ASD wants to examine how the sub-strategies and initiatives in the report have been implemented and manifested in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
The objective of the examination is more knowledge about the implementation and effects of politics in a complex organisation as the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
Contract period: tentative (late Autumn) 2017 — 2020.
Economic framework for the entire assignment: 4 600 000 NOK excluding VAT.
