NRK has continual focus on change and innovation The requirements for good and efficient processes increase. In order to raise our competence further in this area, we will have a need in the coming years for courses and guidance in process management, as well as individual consultancy and the facilitating of groups. This must cover introduction to basic theory in process management and further training for those who have already some background. The target group for the courses shall be managers and project managers who are responsible for leading internal group processes.
