Short description
This project will use 'state of the art' modelling to investigate how the geographical distribution of species diversity and endangered species is affected by various abiotic and biotic explanatory variables. This tender documentation shall be used to develop a national all-covering probability map that identifies hotspots of biodiversity, with specific emphasis on endangered species and endangered nature and endangered endemic species. Finally, the project shall give recommendations on how the public administration can develop future distribution modelling, as a tool for targeted measures for cost-effective national mapping and modelling of management-relevant species. The project contains several options. The executive officer for the contest will be on holiday in the period 03.07. - 09.08.24, and will not be able to check correspondence in this period.
