Short description
Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Health (HEL), has plans in spring 2021 to announce a contest with negotiations for the delivery and operation of a response centre for Oslo Municipality.
HEL would thus like to get input from the market on an extract of the requirements from the draft of Annex 1: The Contracting Authority's Requirements Specification. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is only an extract of the requirements that are being prepared. It must not be seen as the complete requirements. Requirements can be withdrawn or changed up until the contest notice. See the attached documents for further information.
