Through the framework agreement, it will be possible to order services in order to perform the following tasks within relevant areas of the software Public 360: — Architecture and system development, — Support and training, — Technical assistance, — Licences for additional modules. The National Security Authority intends to enter into the agreement with the producer of and rightsholder for the software Public 360. 20000000.00 Kolsås, Norway. The National Security Authority (NSM) has procured Public 360 as its main system for case management and archiving. The system shall support NSM's administrative and service producing processes. NSM has identified the requirement for develop its case management system in such a way that it can provide better support for NSM's processes. NSM also wants to facilitate that the case management used in currently independent systems can be provided by using Public 360. NSM is considering the procurement of P360 as cloud based archiving service in addition to the current installation. The system and contractual conditions must therefore also apply to the current system that is physically situated at NSM and a possible future cloud service. Tieto AS holds the rights to the software Public 360. Licences may only be purchased directly from the company that holds the rights to the software. The consultancy services covered by the agreement are limited to consultancy linked to Tieto's role as a producer and developer of the software, and the special position that this gives them in the provision of strategic advice linked to administration of the software.
