The Contracting Authority would like to use this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement with a tenderer who can take on a LSP role for Salangen municipality, which is the host municipality for the inter-municipal cooperation in ICT (Astafjord IKT). The cooperation covers Salangen, Lavangen and Gratangen municipalities. The tenderer must be able to assist with the procurement of licenses and services from Microsoft, as well as make choices regarding license types and license counting, etc.
