Tthe Institute for GeoScience and Petroleum c/o the Norwegian university of science and technology plans to procure a laboratory unit for high voltage pulse fragmentation with the intention of researching this type of fragmentation method of ores and minerals, geological materials, non organic consumable waste, and construction and industrial waste.
