NAV (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) shall enter into a framework agreement on on-line based Entrepreneurship courses. The objective of the course is to increase the participants competence in entrepreneurship subjects which shall enable the participants to establish own businesses and make them sustainable. The course is focusing on persons in search of work with a business idea and who wish to establish own businesses.
