Fjellinjen intends to enter into two parallel contracts for debt collection services.
The contracts will give the debt collection companies the right to collect outstanding payments from Norwegian vehicles. The contracts consist of 2 main types of demands that shall be recovered:
— Debt collection of unpaid passings without an AutoPASS contract.
— Debt collection of demands to customers with an AutoPASS contract.
Only new cases shall be processed under the contracts.
Cases that have previously been sent to debt collection will be processed under the existing debt collection contracts.
