FSP FMA IKT 2017-005 The Defence Sector is primarily based on Microsoft products as a basis for its secure ICT platforms. There is a need for access to expertise within the sector's portfolio of Microsoft products for handling events on the platforms, in order to reduce the risk of any service interruptions. Furthermore, there can be a need for expertise for proactive technological assistance, including choice of architecture, system design, workshops/lab, risk and health checks, custom support and supplier specific courses and seminars, within the sector's product portfolio. The Norwegian Defence currently uses Microsoft Premier Support and the support level must, as a minimum, be equivalent to this level in the coming contract period. There is a need for resources who can be security cleared at national Secret. Forsvarsmateriell is of the opinion that it is only Microsoft who can provide this services, as they own the rights to the Microsoft products and it is only Microsoft who can provide these services at the required expert level. 30000000.00 Oslo, Kolsås. The service also includes coordination of events and proactive technological assistance to ensure progress and general provision of the services. The Norwegian Defence currently uses Microsoft Premier Support and the support level must, as a minimum, be equivalent to this level in the coming contract period. There is a need for resources who can be security cleared at national Secret (H). Forsvarsmateriell is of the opinion that it is only Microsoft who can provide this services, as they own the rights to the Microsoft products. Furthermore, the contracting authority believes that it s only Microsoft who can provide these services at the required expert level. The framework agreement will be for 2+1+1 years. The procurement will be made in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-4. Forsvarsmateriell is of the opinion that it is only Microsoft who can provide this services, as they own the rights to the Microsoft products.
