From a professional point of view, the user has, at the current time, a need for continuity in the service provision and for calm when the services are being provided. This is achieved by continuing the contract that the previous municipality of residence entered into with the current service provider. By continuing the contract, the user will have continuity and calm in the service provision. These are professional assessments made based on the user's condition. Gran municipality does not deem it to be practically possible to announce the contract at the current time without publishing confidential information, c.f. FOA § 30-4. This can, however, change over time when we are more acquainted with the user and their concrete needs.
