The contracting authority has a continuous need for carpentry, joinery and tinsmith services The need this framework agreement is intended to cover is minor maintenance and repair work, and covers both the planned work and the emergency repairs.
The assignments will be of varying size, but are limited to NOK 200 000 per assignment. Assignments with a higher estimated value than this are not included in the Framework Agreement. Please take into consideration that the payment limit can be adjusted up to NOK 300 000 during the contract period.
The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 15 000 000. per annum. The estimate is based on historical data, and please note that there is considerable uncertainty associated with the estimate. Call-offs on the framework agreement will also depend on the appropriations of the contracting authority receives in its budget. The estimate is not binding.
A framework agreement will be entered into with three suppliers assuming that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenders. If for any reason one of the contracting party withdraws from the contract, its delegated assignments will be allocated to the other contracting parties of this framework agreement.
