The contracting authority shall procure a professional grounds-keeper/contractor for the upkeep and operation of the parks and recreational areas in the inner city.

This regiona includes sites in the districts Forgner, St. Hanshaugen, Sagene, Grünerløkka and Gamle Oslo. The region includes parks, large and small leisure areas, footpaths and green areas along municipal roads and car parks.

The contract is estimated to have an annual value of approx. NOK 6-8 000 000. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority and it will depend on the need and continual budget coverage.
