Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA) suspended the procurement on 20.2.2014 due to reasons as follows:
— After the decision of the procurement was made, MFA found that the ITT has been unclear on several points,
— Draft for consultancy contract annexed to the ITT was for an assignment abroad and did not meet the demands of this procurement, since this assignment was ment to be carried out in Finland,
— The minimum requirements for the Tenderer in the technical capacity were unclearly defined in the ITT.
The suspension of the procurement applies to the act on public contracts 348/2007 73 §.
