Award authority requests tenders in connection with services for the tidying and digitalisation of building matter archives. The service provider shall:
— Tidy and group the archive folders;
— Digitalise archives (see separate appendix with specifications);
— The core of the archive shall be made available via web portal (see separate appendix with specifications);
— Ensure a safe and proper transfer and storage of the archive material.
