The contracting authority would like, on behalf of 5 municipalities in Grenland, to enter into framework agreements with one (1) nearby/local tyre supplier for each municipality. The vehicles (cars, buses, lorries, site machines, etc.) that are used for all forms of municipal services for each municipality must have the shortest possible distance to the tyre supplier. The tyre suppliers must therefore have a physical location with sales, service/garage in Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble, Kragerø, and Siljan, or in nearby areas.
