The construction phase is expected to start in 2026. Balancing the financial, social, and environmental sustainability in the project is of great importance. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is therefore inviting potential contractors to a turnkey contract to a dialogue conference regarding the project.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is therefore inviting potential contractors to a turnkey contract to a dialogue conference of the project. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input on how we can design the plan and deliveries, and at the same time ensure flexibility for optimisation of solutions in later phases. Relevant subjects can include zoning planning (including Regulations), digitization, technical engineering facilitation, contract forms and scopes, costs, greenhouse gas emissions and technical solutions.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will at the meeting inform about the status of the project and present the preferred total concepts that are being considered. Date and time: Wednesday 9 February 2022, (09:00-15:00). Meet at: Thon Hotel Oslofjord (Sandviksveien 184, Sandvika). The meeting will be held on Teams due to the Covid pandemic situation.
