The contest concerns a framework agreement for delivery of plastic waste sacks as well as bioplastics waste bags. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously purchased sacks and bags for approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT per year for the last three years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. There is an option for Sirkula IKS (Hamar) to join the contract in the fourth quarter 2022 (after further agreement). The option concerns bioplastics sacks for food waste. Previously this company has purchased bioplastics sacks for approx. NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per year for the last three years. The need is also uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will be dependent on among other things Sirkula IKS’ need, activities, budget situation and other framework factors.
