Vestfold og Telemark County would like a framework agreement for waste management for all of the entities in the county. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that will cover the contracting authority's need for sanitation services for business waste.
The framework agreement duration is two years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, up to 1 year at a time. The total framework agreement period is 4 years.
