Bufdir hereby invites tenderers to participate in the fifth supplier conference for the project DigiBarnevern-Stat. At the conference we will demonstrate how the JSON file, with the content elements from the Child Welfare Professional Quality System (BFK) can be read, as well as demonstrate/exemplify how different content elements can be utilised in an imaginary subject application.

We also want to orient whether the work related to establishing a national child welfare register, cooperation with SSB and the dataflow between the municipalities, SB and Bufdif. As in previous contests, we will also go through the content on data.bufdir.no We encourage participants to provide feedback and any improvement suggestions on specifications and content in the data published on data.budir.no
All participants are encouraged in advance to read the content on data.bufdir.no. It is desirable that any questions be sent to
leverandor.digibarnevern@bufdir.no prior to the conference so that we can improve answers and adapt content. Questions may also be asked during the conference.
General
Through the project DigiBarnevern-stat, the State Child Welfare Register (formerly reporting bank), Concepts, the National Portal for Reporting Concerns and the Child Welfare Professional Quality System (BFK) are being developed. The municipalities are currently obliged to send reports every half year to the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs and the county administrator. Annual reports are also sent to Statistics Norway. The components in the Municipal Child Welfare Register must safeguard these requirements. Close integration of BFK in the municipal professional systems is also desired.
The DigiBarnevern-stat project is supplier-independent and does not participate directly in municipal procurement processes. The purpose is to secure sufficient information and dialogue with all suppliers so that the systems being developed can be realised.
