Viken County would like to procure a new registration system for the National Road Data Bank for the country's counties. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery and implementation of a new registration system for the National Road Data Bank (NVDB). The system must be operative when the contract is signed. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the contracting authority has a registration system for NVDB in a cost efficient, environmentally and socially responsible way.
