The assignment includes the preparation of a zoning plan with all accompanying works for the section E18 Dørdal – Tvedestrand. The section is approx. 54 km long. The consultant must prepare all material necessary for solving the assignment in accordance with current laws, regulations and other set of rules. The consultant must expect that in the process, there may be a need for reviews beyond what is described in the law and regulations.
The consultant shall manage, organise and conduct the process of preparing the zoning plan, including necessary case management to the authorities, and chairing meetings in connection with participation processes and public hearings.
The assignment also includes the necessary ground surveys.
