Building automation.
The contracting authority owns and operates a large building, which includes many technical installations, which are mainly controlled through a central plant. There are boards and automation equipment for various purposes in the technical installations, and some of the equipment/components (material) is old and will require repairs and/or replacement. Tenderers must be able to deliver new components and install it, offer repairs and service where appropriate, and also engineer and install new boards where required. Further details on the requirements are in annex 1 of the contract.
