Sarpsborg Municipality and the Inner Østfold Municipalities, (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to a 2-year framework agreement with an option for 1 + 1 year for the delivery of printed and digital learning aids. The contract's purpose and scope is to cover the municipalities entities' need for a broad spectrum of printed and digital learning aids. An individual contract will be signed with each municipality. Further information on the procurement's content and scope is in the procurement documents, requirements/needs specification.
