Short description
Sarpsborg Municipality and the Inner Østfold Municipalities, (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to a 2-year framework agreement with an option for 1 + 1 year for the delivery of printed and digital learning aids. The contract's purpose and scope is to cover the municipalities entities' need for a broad spectrum of printed and digital learning aids. An individual contract will be signed with each municipality.
