Delivery of Proxy Advisor services to ATP

Proxy voting has increasingly become an integral part of share ownership. Proxy voting is an extension of the societal expectations of ATP. In order to fulfill these expectations, and not least, influence the companies in which ATP invests, ATP requires proxy voting services which help administer and streamline the processes. The proxy advisory services must enable ATP to vote all of our holdings in a manner which is compatible with ATP's Policy of Active Ownership: https://www.atp.dk/sites/default/files/atp-opdaterede-politik-aktivt-ejerskab-27-oktober-2016-en.pdf

The proxy advisory services will be utilized on non-domestic shares and will be the foundation for the actual voting actions as well as serve as official records of ATP voting activity. To fulfill the requirements the provider must have a consistent high quality of services and an outstanding degree of coverage and availability. ATP invests in accordance with the Danish Stewardship Policy and the EU Shareholder Rights Directive II, once this becomes effective.

The duration of the contract is four (4) years from signature.
