Lindesnes municipality currently has taxes on all real estate.
Mandal municipality currently has property tax on all real estate except commercial property and properties covered by estate tax law §3 g). In addition, commercial properties were taxed in 2018.
Marnardal municipality has property tax on energy plants and former works and uses.
