The contracting authority requests tenders for manpower services. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration comprises the Directorate of Public Roads, which is the organising body, as well as six regional units. The contract shall be used by all departments/section included in NPRA, the Directorate of Public Roads and the other operational units. The contract shall apply for short-term and long-term assignments.
