Eesmärk
The procurement is for measures for children and youth, who, due to the conditions at home, or for other reasons, have a particular need for follow-up, see the tender documentation. The problems for measures in the home will often be connected to neglect, drug and alcohol abuse, violence problems and/or psychological difficulties, which can be expressed in, amongst other things, relationship and/or communication difficulties and/or varying degrees of pain expression (behaviour).
Tenders can be submitted for all or parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following parts:
1) Measures in the home;
2) Milieu therapist services;
3) Leisure measures and/or activity measures with overnight stays;
4) Follow-up in bedsits.
