Eesmärk
Site contractor services are to be procured, mainly for the Holmenkollen national site. Equivalent services can be ordered for some other sites in the Contracting Authority's portfolio. The Contracting Authority would like to contract a total supplier through a Framework Agreement for site contractor work. Driving out snow and contractor work are important prerequisites for stable and efficient operation of the Contracting Authority's sites. There is a need to have a short response time for the above-mentioned services in order to maintain good and efficient operations. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that KID has access to sufficient machine and personnel resources for, amongst other things, driving out artificial snow, snow clearing and the removal of cleared snow (in cooperation with other actors), manual snow clearing on grandstands and steps, sweeping and maintenance of asphalt surfaces and excavation/terrain work.
