Eesmärk
From 1.1.2020 the municipalities Skodje, Haram, Ørskog, Sandøy and Ålesund will merge to one municipality (henceforth referred to as "Nye Ålesund"). The above listed municipalities have previously procured the Visma Profile system from Visma Unique AS. Sandøy municipality has in this period used a different system. The access to the software is owned by each municipality and the software is currently used as a central work tool for the nursing and caring sector. The objective of this Voluntary ex ante transparency notice is to inform the market of the intention to continue the municipalities contracts with Visma Unique AS.
