Lounavoima Oy is planning to construct a new Waste to Energy (WtE) CHP Plant to Korvenmäki, Salo. The new CHP plant will be located at the green field site adjacent to the existing municipal landfill site. Korvenmäki WtE plant is going to use source separated municipal solid waste (MSW) as main fuel. The new Plant will be designed for 120 000 t/a waste fuel. The combustion and heat recovery technology is based on grate boiler technology. The WtE plant will be purchased preliminary in 6 packages (Lots). The object of this procurement is Lot 3. Lot 3 purchasing package will preliminary include all construction work that is not included in other Lots or otherwise specified in tender documents. Notice that times presented before 28.10.2018 are Eastern European Summer Time (Helsinki, Finland; UTC/GMT +3 hours) and after 28.10.2018 Eastern European Winter Time (Helsinki, Finland; UTC/GMT +2 hours).
