Eesmärk
Offentlige fellesinnkjøp på Agder, OFA, would like to hold a competition for medical consumables with the accompanying deliveries, qualitative services, advice and training.
See the prior information notice, the invitation to a dialogue and the minutes from the dialogue for detailed information on the process so far. We will first have a qualification process where we will select up to 3 tenderers. These tenderers will be invited to submit a tender for the goods and services included in the competition. After the tenders have been received, clarifications and/or negotiation meetings will be held in accordance with the contracting authority's wishes. The first stage will be based on a selection of up to 3 tenderers, cf. the public procurement regulations § 16 - 2. The competition's tender management system explicitly states what the qualification requirements and the selection criteria are.
