Eesmärk
Follow-up measures aimed at including vulnerable groups in working life have undergone large changes in recent years, both as regards rules, procurement form, composition of suppliers, requirements for quality and results and the development of methodology and ways of organising the offer. There is a need for updated collected knowledge of the results for various user groups connected to the various supplier environments in the follow-up area, where these can be compared. The project shall analyse
— The transition to work for participants on various types of follow-up measures under the direction of NAV,
— Reasons for the results, including whether the type of regime (previous prior-approved system, tender-based system or public self-management) affects results in the form of transition to work from follow-up measures,
— Efficiency.
