ROAF needs to procure one (1) brand-new wheeled loader ready for operation. The wheeled loader is to be delivered to ROAF environment park in Skedsmo municipality in accordance with the specifications in annex 1: “Requirement Specifications”. A 5 year full-service contract is included in the procurement. Tenderers will be obliged to take the Contracting Authority's current wheeled loader in part-exchange in order to have their tender evaluated, see chapter 9.
