IKT Orkide is an ICT cooperation that consists of all the municipalities in Nordmøre. IKT Orkidé is a formalised inter-municipal cooperation in accordance with the Local Government Act § 27.
The contracting authority wants to use this prior information to gain feedback from the market on the draft tender documentation.
The Contracting Authority would particularly like feedback on point 5.4 in the tender documentation, which deals with the requirement specifications and the sub-point 'other delivery requirements'.
