The procurement will cover Innovasjon Norge's need for the production of annual estimates for specified effect indicators in Innovasjon Norge's system for target and result management (MRS) and the further development of methods and use of the estimates.
In the parliamentary white paper on Innovasjon Norge in spring 2012 (White Paper 22 (2011-2012)), new targets were developed for the company. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and the Fisheries called all owners and contracting authorities in order to develop a new MRS for Innovasjon Norge.
Innovasjon Norge would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer of econometric analyses and statistics who will produce annual estimates of the effect indicators in Innovasjon Norge's MRS for use in annual reports and contracting authority reports.
