IKT Orkide is an ICT cooperation that consists of all the municipalities in Nordmøre. IKT Orkidé is a formalised inter-municipal cooperation in accordance with the Local Government Act § 27.
The Contracting Authority wants to use this prior information to gain feedback from the market on the draft tender documentation.
There are several central requirements in the Requirement Specification that want the market to comment on where we have set exclusive requirements. We highlight Requirement A in point 18 in chapter 7, which we are uncertain that all deliver.
