The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one — 1 — supplier for the delivery of pellets for the upgrade of biogas to biofuel at Bekkelaget treatment facility.
Call-offs will be made by VAV, or the company that has currently a contract with VAV for the management of Bekkelaget treatment facility.
