The county council decided the future offer and school structure in April 2017. One of the points in the resolution was to maintain all 14 sixth form colleges. Until the decision was taken, investments were not made in several of the schools that were being considered.
When the decision was made, a project was started for upgrades in 5 school projects (Stange, Solør/Våler, Storhamar/old part, Solør/Sønsterud and Skarnes), together with an upgrade of Brumunddalshall.
The project´s limit is 317 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
Simple preliminary projects will be prepared for Stange and Solør, dep. Våler.
The project will consist of 6 sub-projects. All the sub-projects shall be completed by December 2019 at the latest.
