The objective of the notice is to distribute a requirement specification for weather stations. The requirement specification shall be subject to a consultation procedure prior to the publication of a tender contest for a framework agreement concerning weather stations. Potential tenderers are invited to submit input for the tender documentation in such a way that the quality of the tender documentation is optimised.
The contracting authority requests feedback for the entire documentation, any vagueness and inappropriate requirements. The contracting authority asks in particular input for chapter 4 ‘Requirements for measuring instruments’, and chapter 5 ‘Requirements for interface’.
