Eesmärk

The confocal system will be used in a wide variety of applications, for example: imaging of subcellular localization of immunostained proteins in single cells and intact tissues, time-lapse imaging of fluorescent cell signaling biosensors in single living cells, and photobleaching and photoactivation of fluorescent proteins and recording of fluorescence resonance energy transfer.
