Hanke lühikirjeldus

ATP wishes to further strengthen its ESG risk screening and due diligence processes and is looking for controversy data that supports ATP’s approach of managing ESG risk/data in-house. Specifically, ATP is searching for data on ESG-related controversies and resulting risk profiles/scores (i.e. not ESG ratings or the like) related to companies and corporate projects which can aid ATP in assessing the ESG and reputational risk related to actual or potential investments, and keep track of the main ESG-related controversies occurring globally.

The data should include a comprehensive range of relevant environmental, social and governance related topics, and should have substantial coverage of both listed and unlisted companies and projects, especially in developed markets and China.

The data solution should also accommodate ATP’s desire to in-house all ESG risk/data monitoring and management, but simultaneously be as frequently updated as possible. It should therefore offer both regular (e.g. monthly) delivery of the total relevant data set via FTP/SFTP, and delivered in a format that allows for easy integration with ATP’s existing systems (i.e. in a proper format such as CSV or XML and with well-established security identifiers such as ISIN, BBID or LEI), as well as an easily accessible way of obtaining up-to-date information on individual entities, e.g. via a frequently (preferably daily) updated online platform (with a minimum of five (5) user accounts). Also, there must be a function allowing for the setup of watchlists/surveillance/e-mail alerts that proactively flag new or updated controversies related to listed as well as unlisted assets.

The successful bid will ideally become ATP’s primary ESG tool to monitor and screen company and project controversies. Therefore, it is a requirement that the vendor has extensive experience (minimum five (5) years) in working with and delivering ESG controversy data to large institutional investors. It is also required that ATP can vet the vendor’s assessments of individual controversies by being able to identify and preferably access the sources behind.
