Eesmärk
The specific need is to perform rapid light sheet imaging of samples in a standard SBS well plates. This requires a single-objective light sheet system including a motorized XY stage to move the well plate, optics to illuminate with an oblique light sheet, and optics to form and image the oblique plane of fluorescence on a sensitive low-noise camera sensor. The system should have the capability of sample-scanning and also galvo-scanning for rapid volumetric imaging without moving the sample. Furthermore focus locking is required.
